You will need a sound clinical knowledge of dementia care and dementia care mapping, along with knowledge of relevant legislative requirements. We are a national training provider and we are looking for accredited trainers with a proven background of working dementia care to provide this training. In addition we also require Trainers in various other subject areas to include: Fire Safety Training Infection Control Training Protection of Vulnerable Adults Training SOVA Training We hold accreditations with NCFE, CIEH, RSPH, Edexcel and HSE and deliver high quality training to meet the needs of our candidates and employers. Your role will in include: The provision of innovative, high quality training which is will planned, personalised and differentiated to meet the needs of the individual whilst ensuring the aims and objectives of both the awarding body and company standards are met. Providing support, encouragement, and guidance to candidates, ensuring appropriate feedback is given to enable them to develop and achieve. Assessing candidate’s skills to ensure they reach the required standard. Helping to develop new training materials and resources. Obtaining feedback from candidates and employers to assess the effectiveness of training. Accurate completion of all required documentation. Reviewing and identifying your own professional development needs. Making a full contribution to the team approach to learning and training. Attendance at course meetings and reviews as required by the training team, senior training coordinator and sales and marketing team to identify professional development needs. E-Portfolio QCF Diploma Assessors - Health & Social Care L2 –L5

 

We require freelance (unit only) E-Portfolio QCF Diploma Assessors for our Health & Social Care Program at Level 2, Level 3 and Level 5. The method of assessing is entirely remote and by the E-Portfolio system, so physical visits to the learner are not required. You can therefore live anywhere and look after learners hundreds of miles away since you do not need to leave your house. All our Learners are currently working in care homes but you will not be required to visit them at all, ever. This is very flexible work that may enhance your work/life balance and would suit those who enjoy computer based work and who are happy working from home. Indeed, you do not even need a driving licence since you are not required to visit the learners We are a dynamic young work-based training company based in Horsham, but with extensive contracts across the UK. we are constantly expanding.
