The Productive Series: Releasing Time to Care has been developed to help frontline staff spend more time on patient care, reduce waste and improve efficiency. The Productive Ward Programme is
specifically for those who manage or work within a nursing ward environment.
This Foundation level course takes learners through the four foundation modules and toolkit module within The Productive Ward programme. Learners will be required to complete an auto-marked
assessment at the end each module and will be awarded individual City & Guilds accredited certificates after successfully completing each module.
Once they have completed all five modules learners will be awarded a City & Guilds accredited certificate providing them with recognition that they have successful completed The Productive Ward

The content of this course has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines.
On successfully completing each module learners will be awarded individual City & Guilds accredited certificates. Once they have completed all four modules learners will be awarded a City &
Guilds accredited certificate providing them with recognition that they have successful completed The Productive Ward Foundation level.
Approximately 5-7 hours. Consisting of 5 separate modules, this course will take approximately 5 to 7 hours to complete (depending on learning speed). As an e-learning course you can complete this
training in convenient stages. The system will record your progress throughout.
This module is targeted specifically at those who manage or work within a nursing ward environment for example, nursing staff and healthcare assistants.
There are no specific entry requirements for this course although learners may find it useful to have completed the introductory module An Introduction to The Productive Ward prior to purchasing the
full Foundation Level.
